My stay at the W Bangkok was fantastic overall! The staff were incredibly service-minded, making sure I felt welcomed and well looked after. The room was spacious with beautiful views of the city. However, I did find the pricing a bit on the higher side for some aspects.

The staff was attentive and accommodating, especially with our kid, who got a special tent prepared in the room.
