the staff were helpful and polite. the check-in process was excellent. within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, there are several high-quality coffee shops. these places offer a good variety of food and drinks.
i've stayed here a few times. i noticed there is a lot of outside noise at the hotel. i think a higher floor room could mitigate this issue.

the breakfast had a good variety of options.
The gym was not well maintained. I saw an empty water bottle and a food wrapper on the window ledge. more annoyingly, i had to wipe sweat off equipment because staff ignored the mess left by other guests, even though they were present in the gym chatting.

I stayed for several nights. the room decor felt modern and stylish. housekeeping kept my room super clean. i especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. It offered a refreshing escape (perfect for a quick dip!). the staff's friendliness.
one minor inconvenience, the gym music felt a bit too loud during peak hours.

My room was huge and it was comfy. It looks very modern and hip. The chong nonsi bts station is very close by, I found it very convenient. Prawn fried rice from room service was tasty too.
The hotel offers standard rooms. The reservation process was frustrating. I had inconsistent responses when I tried to change dates. Vegetarian food options are very limited to me.
